Different Email Address For Department Offline Messages
The ability to add a different email addresses (relating to department) for offline messages instead of all department messages going to one email address.
I've been looking for this for ages!!! the platform should allow you to set %agent_email% as the recipient ID for offline messages. that would be sooooo much better for most use cases of that feature. If one single account wide email works for some people, that is great, but many will benefit from allowing these messages to be split by agent.
