  1. Bring back pre-send view of customer text

    Bring back customer pre-text send view to agent. Being able to see what the customer is typing before sending provides agents opportunity to formulate answers and access information. This brings a massive efficiency benefit to their KPI's PLEASE I BEG YOU BRING IT BACK!

        • Free Version - Minimum Criteria

          In Free Versions off line chats details are not being received in notifications. If you are to allow free versions of ClickDesk then at least offline chats details be sent in full otherwise free version is useless. ClickDesk is very nice platform but if the company is to allow something for free it should have some minimum criteria. Even if with one user in free version offline messages can not be complete (without the name and email of the visitor) then free version will become redundant and ClickDesk will loose popularity among beginners like me.

          • Chat on specific page but on every once initiated

            Being able to show the chat only on a specific page, for instance the help page of a website or the shop. But as soon as the visitor starts chatting, showing the chat dialog on all pages of the site, as the visitor often navigates while chatting and getting support.

              It'd be really helpful if I could see how many times a visitor has been on my website and whether or not I've chatted or attempted to chat with them. Zopim has this feature and it's pretty helpful.

                • Small but useful update request

                  It would be nice if you can set clickdesk to omit IP addresses from showing up in the "active visitors" portion of clickdesk. That way if 5 people from the office network are using the site, it won't show up in the active users.

                        Sync Chats and Help Desk requests as Messages for contacts in Nimble. This would really help tie these two together as it would allow for any past requests to be viewable in the CRM for future reference.

                              Hi,
                              We integrated chat facility to zendesk.
                              When we send the chat log by /ticket command, turkish chars like ş,ğ,ü,ç,ö are saved as "?".

                              We used zendesk api with turkish content several times and there was no problem like this.

                              How can we solve this issue?

                                    Hi

                                    I'd like to bring to your attention something that is missing from the helpdesk that is a crucial element - the ability to attach and send files to a customer. Why this hasn't been part of the release is beyond me.

                                    Customers can send attachments but agents can't send attachments back! Where have you ever seen any kind of support desk where agents don't have the ability to communicate crucial documentation to customers.

                                    Please prioritize this!

                                    • Move most agent alert settings to admin

                                      Remove agent "Settings" to the administrator level, agents should continue t be able to set alert tones of their preference but switching alerts on and off and idle time out configs really belong to the admin not the agent to decide. Same with Help Desk signatures, they should be admin side not agent side.

                                          Make sort order for time online sort by total time online.

                                          For example 2 minute 13 seconds is less than 1 hour. Sometimes it does not sort correctly.
